SECTION 167.
Section 1 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the third paragraph the following new paragraph:- "Confidential Employee", any person that directly assists and acts in a confidential capacity to a person or persons otherwise excluded from coverage under this chapter.
