	Inspector General Functions Transferred to the Comptroller SECTION 19. Subsection (a) of section 2 of chapter 7B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words "the inspector general" and inserting in place thereof the following:- the comptroller.
