SECTION 23.
Section 35M of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as amended by section 5 of chapter 300 of the acts of 2002, is hereby further amended by striking the second and third sentences and inserting in place thereof the following:- One hundred per cent of the revenues collected by said board shall be deposited into said trust fund. All monies deposited into said fund shall be expended exclusively by the board for its operations and administration.
