SECTION 257.
The division of group benefits shall recover the maximum amounts allowed under the federal Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) as amended. Any costs associated with this recovery may be expended from item 1108-5100 in section 2 of this act.
