Information Technology Chargeback Exemption
SECTION 261.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary for item 1790-0200 in section 2 of this act, the cost of computer resources and services for the design, development, and production of reports and information required for analysis related to appropriations bills and other legislation shall not be charged to the executive office for administration and finance, the house of representatives, the senate, or any joint legislative account in fiscal year 2004.
