Motor Vehicle Inspection Trust Fund Transfer
SECTION 28.
Section 61 of said chapter 10, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words "; provided, however, that the comptroller shall annually transfer from said fund not less than $5,700,000 to the Highway Fund from the monies so credited".
