Retention of Sliding Fees by Home Care Corporations
SECTION 319.
Consistent with guidelines issued by the executive office for elder affairs, $6,000,000 accrued from sliding fees for elder home care shall be retained by individual home care corporations providing such services and may be expended for the purposes of the home care program.
