	Inspector General Functions Transferred to the Comptroller SECTION 43. Paragraph (33) of subsection (b) of section 1 of chapter 30B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the words "inspector general" and inserting in place thereof the following:- comptroller.
