	Inspector General Functions Transferred to the Comptroller SECTION 44. Subsection (c) of section 5 of said chapter 30B, as so appearing, is hereby amended in the final sentence of the last paragraph by striking out the words "inspector general" and inserting in place thereof the following:- comptroller.
