Emergency Finance Board Repeal
SECTION 50.
Section 5B of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the words "Emergency Finance Board established under section one of chapter forty-nine of the acts of nineteen hundred and thirty-three" and inserting in place thereof the following:- secretary of administration and finance.
