Public Housing Reform - Revenue Intercept
SECTION 81.
Section 1 of chapter 62D of the General Laws, as amended by section 66 to 68 of chapter 184 of the acts of 2002, is hereby amended in the definition of "Debt" by inserting at the end thereof the following:- ;provided, for the purpose of this section any agency of a city or town shall include a housing authority as defined by section 3 and 3A of chapter 121B.
