Quality in Health Professions Trust Fund SECTION 24. Subsection (a) of section 35X of said chapter 10, as inserted by section 10 of chapter 184 of the acts of 2002, is hereby amended by striking the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The fund shall consist of 100 per cent of the fee revenue collected by the various boards serving within the department under section 9 of chapter 13 excluding the board of registration in medicine. |
