SECTION 119.
Said section 54 of said chapter 31, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 11, 12 and 13, the words "the official service or to the labor service, or to both services, or to any one or more of the positions or forces specified in clauses (a) through (h)" and inserting in place thereof the following:- any one or more of the positions or forces specified in clauses (a) through (c).
