	Reunification of Labor and Workforce Development SECTION 239. Subsection (a) of section 62A of said chapter 151A, as amended by section 585 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is hereby amended by striking out the words "department of workforce development" and inserting in place thereof the following:- department of labor and workforce development.
