	Massachusetts Turnpike Merger SECTION 269. Section 1 of chapter 258 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words "public employee", in line 49, the following:- and including the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
