SECTION 289.
Item 1790-2011 of said section 2 of chapter 142 of the acts of 2002, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:- ; and provided further, that any federal reimbursement received for expenditures paid from this item may be retained and expended for the purpose of this item in addition to the amounts appropriated herein.
