SECTION 339.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the secretary of the executive office for administration and finance, on behalf of the commonwealth, shall establish the CA/T Open Spaces Maintenance Trust pursuant to the authority provided by section 4F of chapter 7 of the General Laws for the purposes of maintaining the open spaces, so-called, created by the Central Artery/Tunnel Project.
