Transitional Supplemental Security Income Reform
SECTION 379.
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 188 of this act or the provisions of any other general or special law to the contrary, recipients of MassHealth benefits under subclause (i) of clause (g) of subsection (2) of section 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws shall continue to receive such benefits until such time that said recipients no longer meet the eligibility requirements in place as of February 29, 2004 for the emergency assistance to the elderly, disabled, and children program, as established under chapter 117A of the General Laws.
