Department of Public Safety Name Change
SECTION 40.
Chapter 22 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended, by striking section 1 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-
Section 1. There shall be a department of inspection and regulation under the supervision and control of a commissioner of inspection and regulation.
