Reunification of Labor and Workforce Development
SECTION 49.
Section 9J of said chapter 23, as amended by section 555 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is hereby further amended by striking the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following two sentences:- The secretary, in consultation with the director of labor and workforce development, may adopt, amend, alter or repeal, and shall enforce, all rules, regulations and orders as may be necessary or suitable for the administration and enforcement of chapter 151A. The director shall seek the approval of the director of labor and workforce development where said changes may affect the operations of the free public employment offices.
