Reunification of Labor and Workforce Development
SECTION 51.
Section 3B of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as amended by section 564 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is hereby further amended by striking out in the second sentence the words "the director of labor, or his designee; and the director of workforce development or his designee" and inserting in place thereof the following:- the director of labor and workforce development, or his designee.
