	Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Transfer to Public Safety SECTION 55. Clause (1) of subsection (b) of section 1 of chapter 24A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- the alcoholic beverages control commission.
