SECTION 6.
Section 178D of said chapter 6, as most recently amended by section 5 of chapter 140 of the acts of 2003, is hereby further amended by striking out in the second paragraph the words " and (viii) whether the offender is in compliance with the registration obligations of sections 178C to 178P, inclusive." and inserting in place thereof the following:- (viii) whether the offender is in compliance with the registration obligations of sections 178C to 178P, inclusive; and (ix) the name and address of the institution of higher learning that the sex offender is attending.
