Inspector General Transfer to Comptroller
SECTION 66.
Paragraph (2) of subsection (b) of section 39R of chapter 30 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 66 and 67, the words "inspector general" and inserting in place thereof the following:- the state comptroller.
