 Agricultural Resources License Fees
SECTION 101.
Section 10 of said chapter 132B, as so appearing, is hereby amended striking out in the fifth paragraph the words ", not to exceed twenty dollars, as the department may by regulation require" and inserting in place thereof the following:- as determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
