SECTION 35.
Section 18A of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1, the words "shall impose the sanction required", and inserting in place thereof the following:- is authorized to impose the sanctions permitted.
