Outside Section 42


	Repeal of Children's and Seniors' Health Care Assistance Fund SECTION 42. Section 2FF of chapter 29 of the General Laws, as amended by sections 143 and 144 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is hereby repealed. As of the effective date of this section, the comptroller shall transfer any remaining balance in the fund named herein to the General Fund.
