SECTION 64.
The second sentence of subsection (a) of section 2 of chapter 81A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 9 of chapter 196 of the acts of 2004, is hereby further amended by striking out the words "Beginning July 1, 2007" and inserting in place thereof the following:- Beginning July 1, 2005.
