SECTION 79.
Section 39C of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as inserted by section 306 of chapter 26 of the acts of 2003, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- Such entities shall be deemed retail pharmacies and not providers of institutional, residential, or long-term care services.
