SECTION 86.
Subsection (9) of section 51B of said chapter 119, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking the words "office for children" and inserting in place thereof the words "executive office of health and human services", and by striking the word, "office" wherever it appears, and inserting in place thereof the words "executive office".
