	Agricultural Resources License Fees SECTION 92. Section 2B of said chapter 128, as amended by section 376 of chapter 26 of the Acts of 2003, is hereby further amended in the first sentence by striking out the figure "$100" and inserting in place thereof the following:- determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
