SECTION 94.
Section 66 of said chapter 128, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in the first sentence the words "one hundred and twenty-five dollar license fee" and inserting in place thereof the following:- license fee which shall be determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
