SECTION 95.
Said section 66 of said chapter 128, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out in the fifth sentence the phrase "of twenty-five dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following:- to be determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
