SECTION 96.
Section 68 of said chapter 128, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in the first sentence the phrase "set by the commissioner in rules and regulations" and inserting in place thereof the following:- determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
