 Agricultural Resources License Fees
SECTION 98.
Section 7 of chapter 132B of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in the third paragraph the words ", not to exceed twenty-five dollars, as said subcommittee may by regulation require" and inserting in place thereof the following:- to be determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
