SECTION 99.
Section 8 of said chapter 132B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in the third sentence the words ", not to exceed twenty-five dollars, as the department may by regulation require" and inserting in place thereof the following:- to be determined by the secretary for administration and finance pursuant to section 3B of chapter 7.
