 Bureau of State Office Buildings Repairs Fund SECTION 20. Section 6 of chapter 8 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph:-In order to provide funds for such repairs and improvements, the superintendent may charge fees of state executive and administrative departments, agencies, and officers for the use and occupancy of state properties under his responsibility, other than the state house, in an amount determined by the secretary for administration and finance. Such fees shall be deposited, along with any other amounts specifically appropriated for such purposes, into a separate fund on the books of the commonwealth hereby known as the State Office Building Repairs and Improvements Fund. Monies in such fund may be expended by the superintendent without further appropriation for the purpose of repairs and improvements to state office buildings. |
