 Department of Professional Licensure Date Setting Authority SECTION 26. Chapter 13 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after section 9B the following section:-Section 9C. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the director may make such rules and regulations as are necessary to achieve administrative efficiencies including setting the initial and renewal term and expiration date of a license, certificate, registration, permit, authority, variance grant, product approval, plan review, or dual fuel review issued by the various boards of registration and examination within the division of professional licensure. |
