 State Office Building Repairs and Improvements Fund SECTION 44. Said chapter 29, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after Section 2NNN, the following section:-Section 2OOO. There shall be established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate fund to be known as the State Office Building Repairs and Improvements Fund. Said trust fund shall consist of monies paid to the commonwealth pursuant to section 6 of chapter 8 of the General Laws, and any interest or investment earnings on such monies. The superintendent of buildings shall be the custodian of said trust fund and shall receive, deposit and invest all monies transmitted to him under the provisions of this section and shall credit interest and earnings on the trust fund to said trust fund. Funds collected pursuant to said section 6 shall be expended by the superintendent without further appropriation for the purpose of repairs and improvements to state office buildings. |
