The department of veterans' services is hereby authorized to expend for the maintenance and operation of the Agawam and Winchendon veterans' cemeteries an amount not to exceed $300,000 from revenues collected from federal reimbursements, fees, grants, gifts, or other contributions to said cemeteries |
