7002-0200	For the operation of the division of occupational safety; provided, that positions for a program to evaluate asbestos levels in public schools and other public buildings shall not be subject to chapter 31 of the General Laws; and provided further, that funds shall be expended from this item for the GG object class costs of the board of conciliation and arbitration, the labor relations commission, and the division of occupational safety	2,480,246	2,670,422
