Section 10 of said chapter 70, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking lines 3 and 4, and is further amended by striking in line 5 the following, "sions of this chapter" and replacing it with the following "with chapter 70 aid as defined in section 2B" and is further amended by striking the last sentence.
