| 0511-0108 | Software License Fees Retained Revenue The secretary of the commonwealth may expend an amount not to exceed $50,000 for technical activities of the corporations division from the sale, transfer, or license of the corporations division's software and related documents pertaining to its web-based searching and filing applications, including uniform commercial code software, developed by the department of the secretary and copyrighted by it to other states, multi-state or regional associations, or other sovereign governments on such terms or conditions as in the secretary's sole discretion reasonably compensates the commonwealth for its interests |
