0910-0210	Public Purchasing and Manager Program Fees Retained Revenue The office of the inspector general may expend for the Massachusetts public purchasing official certification program and the certified public manager program an amount not to exceed $493,819 from fees charged to participants for those programs; provided, that for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipts of retained revenues and related expenditures, the office of the inspector general may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	493,819
