The Hampden sheriff's department may expend for prison industries programs an amount not to exceed $1,198,345 from revenues collected from the sale of prison industries products 		1,198,345
8910-2222 Reimbursement from Housing Federal Inmates Retained Revenue
The Hampden sheriff's department may expend for the operation of the department an amount not to exceed $72,000 from federal inmate reimbursements; provided, that $312,000 from those reimbursements shall not be available for expenditure and shall be deposited in the General Fund prior to the retention by the department of any reimbursements; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the department may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate therefor as reported in the state accounting system 		72,000
