MISSION
The ITD Director & Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, under the Executive Office for Administration and Finance, has the responsibility to set information technology standards; review and approve secretariat and department information technology strategic plans; be involved in the planning, design, and operation of information technology systems; manage central information technology systems, as well as the Commonwealth's mailing operations.
