1775-0124	Human Services Provider Overbilling Recovery Retained Revenue The operational services division may expend for the operation of the division an amount not to exceed $500,000 from revenue recovered as a result of administrative reviews and the division's audits and reviews of health and human services providers pursuant to section 274 of chapter 110 of the acts of 1993; provided, that the division may only retain revenues collected in excess of $207,350; and provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate as reported in the state accounting system	500,000	500,000
