1775-1100	Surplus Motor Vehicle Sales Retained Revenue The operational services division may expend for the purchase of motor vehicles and associated administrative costs an amount not to exceed $600,000 from revenues collected from the disposal of surplus motor vehicles including, but not limited to, state police vehicles, vehicles from accident and damage claims, and vehicles from manufacturer warranties, rebates, and settlements; provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, for the purpose of accommodating timing discrepancies between the receipt of retained revenues and related expenditures, the division may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment amounts not to exceed the lower of this authorization or the most recent revenue estimate therefor as reported in the state accounting system	500,000	600,000
