 ADMINISTRATION OF TRAINING BY THE MASSACHUSETTS CRIMINAL JUSTICE 

 COUNCIL                                                          

 8200-0200 For the administration and operation of programs to be      2,372,476     2,262,231

           conducted by the Massachusetts criminal justice        

           training council; provided, that not less than eighty  

           thousand dollars shall be available for domestic       

           violence programs; provided further, that the criminal 

           justice training council may accept gifts,             

           contributions, grants, and bequests of funds or other  

           property from individuals, foundations, corporations,  

           and federal, state or other governmental bodies, which 

           funds or property may be expended or used with the     

           approval of the council’s members to discharge the     

           council’s responsibilities or to conduct its programs
