SECRETARY OF ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION
2000-0100 For the office of the secretary, including the water 2,079,201 2,106,165
resources commission, the hazardous waste facility site
safety council, coastal zone management, the review of
environmental impact reports pursuant to chapter thirty
of the General Laws, a geographic information system
for environmental data in Massachusetts, and a
mosquito-borne disease vector control program;
provided, that the secretary of the executive office of
environmental affairs is hereby authorized to enter
into interagency agreements with any state agency
within the executive office of environmental affairs
whereby the agency may render data processing services
to said secretary; and provided further, that the
comptroller is hereby authorized to allocate the costs
for such data processing services to the several state
and other funds to which items of appropriation of such
agencies are charged

STRATEGIC ENVIROTECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
2000-0500 For the strategic envirotechnology partnership, a 1,000,000
partnership established by a memorandum of
understanding between the executive office of
environmental affairs, the executive office of economic
affairs and the university of Massachusetts system, for
purposes of researching, developing and permitting
innovative environmental technologies to address issues
related to contaminated harbor sediments and harbor
wastewater, and water quality problems; provided, that
such monies may also be used as a state match for
federal funding which is in furtherance of such
purposes
DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL HARBOR AND PORT AREA MASTER PLANS
2000-1000 For the purposes of providing Massachusetts coastal 300,000
zone management with additional resources to assist
communities in the development of municipal harbor and
designated port area master plans; provided, that
Massachusetts coastal zone management shall work in
cooperation with the executive office of economic
affairs; and provided further, that said agencies shall
consult with representatives of waterways operators and
local agencies
